The Paristamen trustees have recently confirm the decision made in principle last year, and announced at our 40th anniversary event that we will be looking to wind-up The Paristamen Charity at the end of the financial year ending 31 March 2027.
The decision is partly prompted by the trustees wishing to step down and retire from the substantial time we give to Paristamen: we have therefore brought forward resources in order to awards more grants in the last two or three years. This means we have just two more years of grantmaking – 2025/26 and 2026/27 – but we are determined that these final years will be as effective as possible with total grants hopefully at a similar level to our record year 2024/25 when we awarded around £75K of grants in total.
The last round of Responsive Grants will be awarded in March 2027 and the final date for receipt of applications will be 1 Feb 2027. With regard to our other programmes we will be in touch with recipients individually.
