We are delighted to welcome two new charity trustees who have joined the board of The Paristamen Charity with effect from 24 October 2024. Both applied in response to an open invitation.
- Karen Docwra has held a range of senior roles in the charity sector including as fundraising manager for a major Edinburgh-based charity. She now provides fundraising advice to a number of smaller charities. She is also an elder and trustee of her local parish church.
- Emily Graham is fundraising and communications lead for a small but rapidly growing youth/mental health charity. Prior to that she worked with a homelessness charity. She has a degree from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen and is has extensive experience of creative communications in the charity sector.
This brings the total number of Paristamen trustees to five – our largest to date – but the existing trustees are confident that this will bring much needed wider expertise. See the charitable basis page for the full list of trustees.
